help i have red lines across my screen have taken it to tv a repair shop and have spent a 1000 bucks on it still not fixed it has red lines across the screen here is a pic of it

also i was wonder what positoins you can mount a plasma and an lcd in in other words can you mount them face up or face down? i want to use a 42 in in my coffee table when i make my new one. i would like to put it face up under a piece of 1/4" glass in them coffe table w/my pc
