Got the HR21 just a few weeks ago and it was operating normally. I could record a show while watching another. Recently it apears one of the tuners has stopped working. I can only record one show at a time (with two shows on the scheduler one gets cancelled due to the conflict.) And if I attempt to change the channel when only one show is being recorded I can only do so by cancelling the recording. Has anyone experienced this?

Check your cables to make sure they are tight. If that doesn't help switch cables for the 2 tuners to see if the problem follows the cable or stays with the faulty tuner. Then call for service and tell them if it's the tuner or the line, since you are still covered they should take care of it.
