Does anyone ocassionly have this problem with this remote? Pushing one button on the remote, and another button flashes and directs to the flashing button.

If so, sounds like a template design issue and you may have a button overlapping the other, so while you think you're pressing one, you are actually catching the edge of, and pressing, another button instead. (2) If it varies, then it's possible your touchscreen needs calibrating. In the device menu (on bootup, can't recall exactly how to get there, but there's posts here or at remotecentral dot com that describe how to get into it), there is a means to calibrate your screen, so that it recognizes touches at the right point. I had this happen a couple of times, but not too often. DMILANI 12-10-07, 02:39 PM This "problem" was the major reason I sold my MX-3000 and went with RTI. I would have thought by now (years later) they would have figured this out. Tried the calibration, made it worse. Under warrentee. Will let you all when I get it back. Turbo Ron 12-12-07, 08:34 PM Recalibration, all is well now. |
