I have no idea how my kid did it, but he somehow managed to put the parental block on so we cannot view or record any tv show that has a greater than TV-14 rating on our HD-tivo. He does not know how he did it, and cannot give us the code for us to turn it off. Is there a way to override this? Or do I have to call D* to have them override it?
