Is it possible to change the order of the "Off" button? I would like to be able to set the order that devices are turned off.

I dug around the Logitech app a little, but was unable to find any setting for it.

I believe this can be done using a utility activity, but this requires using one of the activity buttons, rather than the intuitive "Off" button.

I'm using a Harmony 620, but I believe the set up is the same for all the Harmony remotes.
