I was leaning towards the Sony SXRD RPTV's but I think a Flat panel would be a better compromise.

In the 50-60" range

I like the off axis viewing,and the contrast and detail of the crt.

I have been disgusted with most of the Flat panels I have seen due to the Blown out look and bleeding.
