Am interested in just a high quality flat plasma or LCD, have fox HD cable box and like to play thru my DIY amp/2ch speaker.

I know panasonic makes a nice one, I realize I have to buy the optional HDMI module. Anyone have recommendation?.

thanks

The new PF10 series from Panasonic ship with the dual HDMI board (at least if you order from VisualApex). I just ordered the TH-50PF10UK from them.

Do you not want an HDMI connection and do you want a 720p or 1080p panel? You can buy the 50PH10UK that comes with component input or you can buy the 50PH10UKA which comes with a dual HDMI input board. Of course, the 1080p version (50PF10UK) comes with the dual HDMI input board.

The only manufacturers than Panasonic that I have seen that make a professional series include Pioneer and NEC. I've seen Sony's at a few bars and restaurants but Sony no longer makes plasmas so I'm not sure they are available.
