Hey, I have a question concerning the how many people can play a MP game through Live on split screen.

I only have 1 account on my 360 with gold membership, but I want to have friends over who dont have a 360 to play online. Is there anyway to do this, like Halo where you can sign someone up as a guest and play on live through split screen, against other live players?

It'd be great if anyone knows.

that won't work either. one player per xbox, no way around it.

Yeah they really screwed up when they didn't implement this feature on COD4. COD2 and COD3 both have it and so does Halo3, GRAW, etc. I think Rainbow 6 and COD 4 should have the ability to do this. My friend comes over and we just recover his gamertag on my xbox and then both log in and one plays a round on their gamertag and the other plays a round on their gamertag. It's sorta lame but best we could come up with. It's no fun playing non-XBL split screen multiplayer on COD 4 just running around killing each other.

COD2 doesn't have it. Why do I see people saying it does?
