I am looking at the Dlink DSM-320 and the DSM-510 media players (and am open to other low cost media players) to stream mvoies and TV shows in MPG format from my uPNP NAS to my daughters rooms so I dont have to change DVD's any more.....


I have a DSM-520 in the living room that works OK for there but They do not Need HD (I know the 510 is HD) and the only thing it will do it Movies and TV shows for them.

any suggestions would be great on what device I should try.

I am using a DSM320 with good success. Wireless stream from PC to wireless router and then RJ45 cable to DMS320. I only get some stuttering on some Divx files like CSI flashback scenes but otherwise it works good. It did not like going wireless to the router and then wireless to the PC.
