Is this ok for my 5.1 setup? I know the right speaker a little close but I dont know what else to do conidering there is a window right there.

If the right one has to be that close I would move the left one in closer so that it is an equal distance from the tv as the right speaker. That would probably make them a little close from ideal, but I think it would be better than having a lopsided soundstage. With the seating position being so close it shouldn't be terrible. I think it would even be close to the lower limit of the dolby recommended range.
