I have the audio hooked up with the optical port. My problem is this. Analog and digital channels are ok volume wise. As soon as I switch it to a hd channel that has dd 5.1. The volume is EXTREMELY low. I have to crank it up twice the level of my analog/digital channels. I cannot for the life of me figure out the problem. It is very annoying and would really love to solve the problem. I am hoping someone can help. I called Charter and there clueless what it can be. I have gone in the menu within the box settings. My choices are tv speakers, Stereo, and Advanced mode. Which only give me even more stereo options. There is no dolby digital option in sight.
