Hi All, sorry if this was posted already, but I just noticed the other day that LG's HD/BD reading pc drive was actually available. I picked one up off of newegg for $300. It was a pretty exciting find since for some reason, Toshiba does not sell their HD-DVD PC drives in the states to consumers.

I was using an xbox 360 addon drive for my pc , but honestly, I hate external drives, and when I cracked it open, it had some mounts that would need to be cut off to make it fit in the pc, not to mention the notebook style interface connector (for which i did get an adapter). But not wanting to deal with it and seeing the LG drive was out, I picked one up.
If only I could find a tv tuner card with a cable card slot. Could build a sweet HTPC and life would be good.
Anyways, hope its useful to someone.
