everybody wants to know if this thing will bitstream dts-ma and dolby trueHD over a muticahnnel via hdmi. so will the owners please answer here instead of all of us going through 20 pages of post to get the answer. thanks

I should have my 5000 early this week--it shipped Friday. I already have the Onkyo Pro PR-SC885P for decoding. I asked this in the other thread, but I'll ask again here. Since I have no HD discs, will any work for testing? Do they all have the HD audio tracks that you are curious about testing? Any discs in particular that I should pick up to test with?

From the owners thread it will only do 2 Channel TrueHD as bitstreamed to a receiver. :( Guess owners will have to wait for a firmware update or go for 2 seperates.

Anyone know if you can use both HDMI + Component at the same time connected?

I want to feed HDMI @ 1080p to my 1080p projector and just component to my 720p Plasma which only has component.
