MoxiGuy (or anyone that knows).
I have a Moxi box (I believe it is the original Moxi, not what is pictured on moxi.com) running 4.1 with Charter. In the past I had it set up to output with the composite audio and S-video to the input of my DVD-Writer, and the output of the DVD writer to my analog TV. That worked just fine. I just bought a HDTV and can't seem to get everything to work properly. I plugged a DVI to HDMI cable from the Moxi to the TV and composite audio to the analog input on the TV which works just fine (with the Moxi set at 1080i). I want to connect the composite video to the DVD Writer and output of the DVD to another set of inputs on the HDTV and that is where I am having problems. I can't seem to get video out of the composite port anymore. If I have the TV set to the analog input and reboot the Moxi, I can see the boot screen, but when it is fully loaded, nothing happens. I have tried setting the moxi to both 480 and 1080, just 480, and just 1080 and still can't get video. If I play the DVD, it works just fine. If I go directly from Moxi to TV, same problem. Old TV, same problem. I think I just have a either Moxi setting wrong or maybe it won't show both an DVI and analog signal at the same time? Any help would be appreciated from anyone.
