I searched the forums for over an hour because I can't be the only one with this problem.
When I play a recorded movie it keeps stopping and starting until it freezes up and the screen goes black. I then go back to my recordings and fast forward past that part of the movie,sometmes it will play the rest and then some times it won't. Then again the next time it will play a whole recording, it really takes the fun out watching a movie when you never know if you are going to see the end!

Call your cable company, have them reboot your DVR from their end. If that doesn't fix the problem its time for a new DVR.

The Motorola's are junk, I've gone through 4 in the last 2 years for various problems.
