My tuner 2 stopped acquiring signal, dont know when but I just found today when i tried recording 2 things at once.

I reconnected all the cables in back, reset the system and still no go.

What could it be?Do i need to cal D* to come out and fix?Do they charge for that???

Yes you need to call them and yes they charge for it unless you have the protection plan. One thing to try is swap the cables on the back and see if it's still the same tuner with the issue, will help you determine if the HR20 or your cabling is at fault.

i called. i tried all the swapping tests. it seems tuner 2 has just given out. they are sending me a new receiver at no charge.
