What would be the best way to hook up the Klipsch SUB-10 to the following reciever?

I am not sure your question? you simply use the hardwired out for the sub (top right). I dont think there is any other way. the other sub under video for input. someone will correct me if i am wrong.

The purple port looks like an input for a multi-channel DVD/SACD player. It wouldn't work.

You need a sub that has binding posts to run speaker wire.

You DO have to use the purple/pink (sorry, color blind) connection labeled "subwoofer speaker" over by the other speaker connections. You'll need to run normal speaker wire to the sub and connect it to the "high level" inputs. I'm not sure what txredneckbud is referring to--I don't see any hardwired sub output at the top right, all I see is the power cord :p

Read the Manual, or a manual similar to this particular model.
If that is too difficult, I wouldn't attempt to hookup the Sub......
