Hi -

First time posting... Hoping someone has a resolution for me before I return the box. Basically, I can't run my box in Normal Mode. I'm using an HDMI connector. Every time it's in Normal Mode, weather I'm at 16:9 or 4:3, the picture is compressed vertically and distorted. I basically need to set the mode to stretch for it to operate normally. However, this sucks as I lose picture quality. The problem is not with my TV because all my other components display properly. The problem started occurring yesterday.

Is there a way to reset the Normal output mode? I've rebooted the box by pulling the power cord many times to no avail. Any other way to do a Hard Reboot. The box has Mystro (Navigator) software.

Any help would be appreciated,
