This is my gear for my almost finished games room/theatre that has yet to be tested as is.
Onkyo tx sr705 AV receiver
http://www.onkyousa.com/model.cfm?m=TX-SR705&class=Receiver&p=i
front speakers-Polk RTi 10s
http://www.polkaudio.com/homeaudio/products/individual/floorstanding/rti10/
centre - Polk CSi40
rear speakers - Polk RT12s
Surrounds on stands- Polks,bi-directional I’m not sure what they are, they came with the RT12s
Subwoofer-Polk PSW150
It was recommended to me that I should add some power to this system. Is this something I should think about before getting I finish this room? Do I need to get a separate amp? To power the front two speakers or more? If the receiver pushes 100W/ch then how farther do I need to go to power the front two additionally? Thanks for any direction?
