I just wanted to get some feedback from anyone who has purchased a tv from Crutchfield. I've purchased small items from them in the past and have received excellent service, but I've never purchased a $2K tv from them or anyone on the Internet for that matter (I want the Sony KDS-60A3000).

What about their ServiceNet plan? Has anyone had experience repairing their tv using this plan? Who do they use for shipping these large tvs? How is the "White Glove" service?
