I've read several posts from people that have talked to people w/ knowledge at Samsung. I"m curious where you called to find these so called "experts". I called Samsung and spoke to somebody that didn't know the 5000 existed and gave me a case #. After being transfered to a specialist, i was greeted with another person that could basically read the spec sheet, period. Can somebody tell me how to get somebody on the phone at Sammy that knows even just a little bit regarding their products?

That's Samsung for you. Samsung and customer service are not usually grouped together in the same sentence unless its something bad.
