I was looking forward to buying this game (as a change of pace from COD4).

But after downloading the large 900MB+ demo from PSN over the weekend, all I have to say is OMG...what a chunk of turd this game turned out to be.

Anyone else feel this game was rushed in time for the Christmas buying rush?

It was released before it got finished. Even the devs said so.

Basicly avoid at all costs.

Just attempted to play it and it was a joke. I would ask how to get past the red door to get inside of the mansion but I have already deleated the game. The Helo ride was ok for the six minutes it lasted.

The whole game is crap dude... Anyway, i cant beleive all the slow down. COD4 has way more stuff on screen yet its buttery smooth! Now, back on topic. The game was indeed rushed....

The lead dev went on the record saying how pissed he was at Midway that they made them rush the title and went on to say how horrible the game turned out.

yeah the game sucked. its good to see the developer call out midway tho...a lot of times they try to justify the early release because they're scared of the publishers

Hopefully the guy didn't cost himself his career by calling out the publisher. I'd be pretty pissed, too, if I were in his situation. I'd try my damndest to disown that POS.

Is it me, or do all games running on the Unreal 3 engine look alike?

That tends to happen when you have the same rendering engine...
