Sorry its a 27"tub tv or standard

It's true,son put this game in his PS3 80GB and it said this (you cannot play this game at the current video setting),so i put the game in my system w/HDTV and it worked, no problem.

Went to setting in my son system and couldn't find nothing wrong. I put 5 games in there and everyone of them worked but TimeShift. Whats up with that.

So what i do, went and bought my son a 32" HDTV and TimeShift worked. All because of 1 game.

So why doesn't TimeShift work with 480i??????
Are they making games that only support HD????

Did you try holding the power button down for 5 seconds? It sets the ps3 back to factory defaults. If that doesn't work then whoever developed Timeshift is...well...really stupid.

You bought your son an HDTV because Timeshift wouldn't work? Wow you're either a freakin awesome dad or you like Timeshift more than any person rightfully should.

I tried EVERYTHING, nothing worked. It only played on my HDTV. WEIRD.....But hey my son who is 12 is loving his new tv,and i have to say it looks awesome.

Bob,
Change the setting on the video output to 16x9.
It will work then.

Let me know if this doesnt work.

Charles your the man, I took his PS3 and hooked it up to the SDTV and changed the setting to 16x9 and it WORKED. So how do i tell my son the HDTV has to go back to the store, NOT going to say a word:):) he's to happy with the new tv and Heck its Christmas.
