I've got a 6.1 setup and was wondering if there is a master list of hd movies blu ray or hd which I could fully utilize all my speakers?

Films are mixed in 5.1 so it will take a special mix. I believe that a couple of titles from Japan or Europe may have a 6.1 or 7.1 mix. Don't know if it has been confirmed if they are discrete and from master tapes though.

Yes. :)

It seems that New Line has adopted 7.1 DTS-HD M/A as their standard.

I think he was talking about the infamous LoTR release. Which everyone hungrily, eagerly awaits for while drooling over their measly DVD copies...

Nice, but it only helps if you have a receiver that can take the HDMI bitstream and decode it......but it's certainly a step in the right direction.
