Samsung calls this feature Anynet. Check your manual for references to that. I have a new Samsung LN-T4671 that has it, and I suspect I'll be turning the feature off, or at least researching it more. Right now, if I turn the TV off, it turns my Panasonic DVD Recorder off which is undesirable for playing audio CDs and DVDs.
