I'm thinking of taking advantage of BB's 10 free blu-ray disc offer and purchasing a blu ray player this Sunday (the Panasonic BD30).

So can someone post a list of the general concensus of what are the blu-ray discs to best show off either:

1. the video quality

2. the audio quality ("DTS-HD Master Audio" and/or "Dolby True HD").

3. Both Video and Audio

A list of 10 discs or so should do it. Please indicate the type of audio tracks available on the discs listed. (note that there is a difference between DTS-HD and DTS-HD Master Audio). I would be most interested, of course, in the DTS-HD Master Audio; and any Dolby True-HD as well).

I have a fancy Onkyo 805 -- so I want to see that DTS- MA light -- light up!!!

Yeah -- I know its stupid. But since I can bitstream and have my receiver decode -- why not? I realize PCM will likely sound identical. But I also know that some mention an LFE issue (7 dbs or less with PCM).

Anyway -- can you list some of those discs?

And if its a primo disc just for video -- I'm good with that too.
