I just received an answer. A staff member of dvdsat told me that the DVD was the short version so they expect the Bluray also to be the short version. :(

no english subs. The movie plays in Australia so there is quite a big amount of English dialogue in the movie.

im interested in it i just feel the need to shell out the high price for a import that i can't understand if its not in english
