Hey guys,
I have been messing with Elite and my screen since xmas eve. Basically the screen will not come down. After many discussions I got permission to take apart the end cap to replace the fuse, to see if it's just something simple.

Well long story short, I talk to the elite reps and they can't tell me what fuse
I need to get ( For the life of me, I can't explain that one. Dont people have tech specs and crap ).

Well, I took off the end cap, and found the fuse, but it does not give me the amperage rating, just the volts. The only markings on the fuse are:
F10AL 250v

So, I took it to lowes and there is a 2amp and a 3amp fuse that are the same exact size of this one I removed, anyone got a clue as to how to figure out which one it is?

Any help is much appreciated.

Googleing it and finding other products that use that same part number it looks like a 10Amp fuse. Im guessing thats what the 10A in the part number is for.

I thought that as well, and did some googleing, but all the parts at big blue that are 10amp 250v are "HUGE' compared to this thing.

I am going go try radioshack, maybe it is just different fuses?

Wow, what did we do before the internet? Found this post on a forum:

The F stands for fast acting
10A is for 10 Amps
L is for low breaking capacity (glass package)
250V is the rated voltage.

I'd head to Radio Shack (standalone preferably - not in a mall - standalone has more 'components'). If that doesn't work you might have to go to an electrical parts wholesaler. Most decent-sized cities have at least one.
