I've got an LG 32" (32LC46) LCD Tv, I know it's not great but best I could afford on a teacher's salary, Anyway, I'm pretty happy with the picture, got it connected over HDMI and running on 1080p on the options, so the colour is alright (although I can't seem to get it as realistic looking as your pictures without making it way too dark) but I have a massive problem with jaggies. I have turned sharpness all the way down, but games like PGR4, Halo, even NFS Prostreet all have pretty annoying jaggies all over the place. Does anybody have any recommendations for setting this tv up? after payday I should be getting a camera so I'll be able to show you what I mean a little better.

Also, whilst I was watching Planet Earth on hd dvd yesterday, there was an occasional flicker in some scenes, where the green in the picture would flash a little bit every second or so, any idea what this is or how to fix it?

i have this TV. was really impressed when i got it as it was a good price and it did 1080p. regarding your jaggies. do the games support 1080p? have you enabled it on the settings of ur console?
i play pc games on mine and it is all good with 1080p with x2 AA (smooth edges)
ps3 im a little annoyed with as most of the games only seem to do 720p. (not so smooth)
about the green in picture and a flash every second. i think you should check your connections. i have planet earth on blu ray and i do not suffer from that.
the last option is to throw it at some member of staff in the shop you got it from. (for my entertainment)

the green flash sounds like either a cable problem or a bad TV.

The jaggies are just what you get with a high resolution, large TV when playing games.
