Hey Guys,
Can you post your calibration settings for every option so those who dont know how to professionally calibrate them, can use those settings.
Please state whether its through HDMI, DVI, or component. Also state whether its for the PS3, Blu-Ray, or any other source.
Also, was this calibrated manually, professionally, or with a disc.
Would be much appreciated,
Thanks

Start in movie/cinema mode.
Turn off all the advanced options.
Now use a test disc to determine the best user settings for your TV ... not a combination of someone else's DVD player and TV.
Anything else and it is like asking for combination lock numbers because you somehow forgot your number.
For someone even asking such a question ... a good test disc for you is that Monster ISF test disc. Nice and simple to use and will get you far better results that blindly plugging in combination lock numbers.
Want Free? Use the THX optimode in any THX branded DVD. If this is what a calibrated image is worth to you ... (aka $0).

Will this be accurate if I use my PS3 as the player? I mean, for Blu-Ray and gaming?

Greetings
The only way it is going to be "accurate" is with pro-calibration level instrumentation like some kind of color analyzer/spectrometer. Only the cinema/movie mode is remotely close ... maybe ... sometimes ...
The only way to get it as accurate as possible is to either get a pro in there that knows what he is doing ... or you learn it all yourself and get the proper testing equipment yourself.
Or else ... it is simply ... set the image to what pleases you ... and be done with it. Pleases you and accurate are not the same thing. Just like 2+2= "9000" might please me ... but it isn't "4" so it is still wrong. :)
