when will we have above mentioned systems, preferably affordable? i did a quick search but didnt find anything promising.

im wanting to really simplify my cabling. im moving, just dis-assembled my ht gear, so many cables, dvi, hdmi, rca, etc, etc, etc; what an 'effin' mess!:eek:

Gefen's wireless hdmi wont be available till this spring at the earliest...im keeping my eye on it for my fp. Looks like discounts are in order on a pre-order from Ram. Philips showed off their $300 wireless system at last year's CES for rollout later in the year but alas there's no sign of it...possible vapor ware? The Avocent(?) system is just toooo expensive, at least for me.

ill be using it for pj also.

until a good wireless spkr system comes along, i guess at least the spkr cables gotta stay. most of the mess i got is audio stuff. cd, tape, turntable, dvd, hd dvd, blah, blab, blah...:confused::confused::confused::confused::confused::D
