Here is my Living room that I have setup for a temporary theater till I begin/Finish My dedicated Disney Themed room (see the progress in this tread http://www.avsforum.com/avs-vb/showthread.php?p=12633395#post12633395).
The Screen shown is the Special occasion screen @ 96" and Framed on BOC. (it stores in my office).
The common use screen is an 83" White Da-lite pull down on the same hangers.
Either can go up in about 20 seconds with no help and no ladder.
The pull down stays up most of the time but has issues if the ceiling fan is on.
I have not masked either screen yet but that is soon.
I added BOC curtain backers today to the main window but we normally watch at night anyway and I will get a couple of the other windows BOC'd soon.
The rear wall has some DIY ATS style treatment panels but are down from Christmas.
The center comes from the top of the XBR 40" to a shelf that slides out from under the TV and sets on that.
Ceiling has a few GID constellations and a few hundred GID filler stars put in, not a bad effect.
Over flow seating duty is the gamer rocker chairs to keep the peoples heads out of the way and to get them at the proper angle.
Equpment list:
HC1500 PJ with 50 foot HDMI and RG-6 Mono price cables.
Sony XBR 40" CRT
Isobar Surge Protector.
Moto DVR with Cox HD
Tosh HD-A2
Oppo 971
Older P4 GF7600GT Based HTPC
Panny XR55
Wii
Harmony 880 to control all along with fan, a Light and an IR cat toy
BFD for Sub and sub amp powered Shakers in couch
AV123 760 Rockets for mains
ELT CSE for Center
ELT LRS for rear (Adding one more LRS for a 6.1 system)
Dayton 12" thinking about adding a second or Getting an MFW-15
I think it will hold me over well, Every thing will transfer over to the theater except the TV and the Wii and I will pull out my old Sony AVR and use a set of the AV123 X series for the Living area.
