I have been looking at these and seems people have had good experience with them but I can not find a set for sale anywhere?
Anyone have bad things to say about them? Anyone know of a good place to get a set?

Their out of production now and have been for over a year. The are excellent smallish bookshelf speakers speakers. After evaluating every smallish budget bookshelf speaker I could get my hands on I purchased 2 sets of them.
Imo they were the best budget choice going at the time and even since then. They are more forward and detailed in the higher frequencies which some don't care for and even get called bright quite often but it's one of the reasons I love em, very detailed.
You'll find people on both sides of the fence with this but chances are if you like more of a warm, smooth laid back type sound you'll want to keep looking, polk is a good budget choices with the R series from frys in this case. If you like more of a forward or lively sound with detail you should be very happy with Athena.
Since then I've moved up in the Athena lineup (bigger) but I still have the point5s for surround duty. You can still find them on ebay sometimes if you keep an eye out but you won't find them in stores, internet or otherwise, those days are long gone.
If you don't mind going a little bit bigger audioadvisor.com still has some Athena B1.2 bookshelf and C1.2 center at closeout prices, they have the same tweeter as the Point5s and display the same emphasis and detail in the higher frequency range. They are in a larger cabinet with larger drivers so mids and lowes are a bit improved. They to have been discontinued so if you decide on them I'd advise picking them up quick.
