O.K., I'm new to the site. Did some searches and came up empty. I have a Panasonic TH-58PX600U. I am wondering how to change the picture in picture background from grey to black. A friend of mine has the 42" version and said he changed his background to black but cannot remember how he did it. I can't find anything in the manual for it. Hoping I can get some help here. Thanks a ton in advance!

perhaps look in 'detailed settings' under picture control or setup or come to think of it, I believe it's in anti-burn settings.

I have been looking in those and come up with nothing. There is an option for sidebar brightness but it is greyed out, i can't change it.

alright, I feel dumb now. I finally figured it out. I changed the aspect to 4:3 so the sidebars were on. Went under setup, other adjust, and turned sidebars off. thanks for the help!
