Is it possible to change these settings thru the service menu on my set?

*Backlight - I'd like to lower this setting to get rid of some glowing gray fields showing when the image is supposed to be dark. Not a huge problem, but if there is a way...

*DNIe - I've got this option in the menu, but I can't select it. I have read in some other thread's that this can be called other things, but I don't have those other options - is there even more "alias'es" :)

Now, I'm not sure if my set is called the same thing all over the world - for example I've tried to search for it on the samsung/en website with no result. However, a simple google search for "samsung le-40r51b" should do the trick.

And, I know some will tell me not to play around with the settings in the service menu, and after I've read some other threads I'm pretty convinced why I should not. But still I'd like to give my set a chance to get rid of those small problem's, and with some help from you guys... well.. wish me luck :)
