Hi,

I have an AE900 that's a couple of years old and has started to make a rattling sound. I think one of the fans is the issue. Panasonic's web site has a link for service centers. When I plug in my zip code ( boston area ) I get a reply that there is no service area in 3000 miles.

I was wondering if anyone has had experience with getting repairs made to their panasonic projectors. And where did you have the service done.

Call Panasonic Support at 1-800-211-PANA (7262). Their projector repairs are done by a company called "Heartland" in Kansas which they can give you the necessary contact info for. I had my PT-L300U in there a few years back for a realignment and factory cleaning.
