I am in the process of building out our basement. I have not purchased the LCD's yet, nor the mounts.

I'm at the point where I'm ready to get the drywall in, and am not sure where to mount the boxes for the power/coax/rca/hdmi, etc....

Any recommendation on heights to mount this so it won't interfere with the LCD mount?

These will be viewed by people standing, playing pool, etc... this is not a home theater type setup...

I have mounted (2) 32" LCD's at my house - in both cases, I installed boxes just below and either left of center or right of center, depending on where the inputs are on the back of the TV, of the LCD mount (the part that secures to the wall). In my experiences, this provides adequate room to route cables, and there are no wires visible.

Edit - One note, this is for standard wall mounts. For an articulating wall mount, this advice may not hold true.

If you know exactly where the TV will be mounted, run A/V Cables and power to that area, leaving a coil of each and bury it behind the sheet rock. Document exactly where that bay is containing the wires. When time comes to install the mount / display, you can cut in remodel boxes EXACTLY where they will work best yet not be seen. The wires will be waiting there for you to reach in and grab. Only snag is if this is a project where electrical inspection will take place. You will need to make it look like you intend to stub out the electrical wire as code won't allow you to bury it. Once inspection is passed, tape off end, coil as stated to have covered by sheet rock. Inspector may also want to see that the A/V Cables are UL Listed for in wall use. Some will do this wiring after electrical inspection to avoid issues.
