I recently bought this new panny and would like the correct calibration for it. Does anyone out there know what the settings are to get this picture up to it's full potential?

for this TV to reach its full potential, test patterns and professional instrumentation is needed and the knowledge to use it properly as well.

Blindly copying other people's numbers will not get you there.

For a beginner, walking through some of the patterns in the THX optimode portion of any THX disc will give you better results for your TV than random numbers from other people based on their different TVs and different DVD players.

The THX stuff should take you 10 minutes at most.

This is my first plasma television and don't know anything about the technical side of it, on that note, what is a THX disc, where can I get one and how much would something like that cost?

Just get one of your movies that has THXOptimizer on it..most Pixar/
Disney movies have this..
