I hope someone can help me think this out. I have an HSU VTF-3 MK-3 and an SVS PC+ 20-39. I also have an SMS-1 to eq. Currently the SVS is just sitting there, alone, sad, unused. The line level input on my SVS is messed up. It hums wildly and produces no bass. If I use the speaker inputs on the SVS it produces bass. I tried at one point to get an amp replacement for the SVS but they were out of stock, and the outlook for a replacement was a few months out.
Can anyone think of a way to wire this so that I can use the speaker level inputs on the SVS, somehow routed through the HSU, which is receiving the EQ'd SMS signal?
I was wondering if I used the speaker terminal outs on the HSU would that work even though the speaker terminal ins are unused? I'd of course disable the cross over.
Any ideas?
