There's about a .125 inch gap between the front bezel and the outer lens on the bottom of my tv. Shouldn't the screen be right up against the bezel all the way around? The top and sides don't have a gap, so it seems like it is pushed in on the bottom. The warranty contractor just replaced the screens and they had it laying on my coffee table while they did it, so I could see how the coffee table could push the screen in while the bezel hung over the edge. If anyone knows if the gap is normal or not, please let me know.
I should have just left the smudges on the screen instead of having them replaced.

Thanks,
Shawn

There should be no gap. Instead the reverse shouod be true. The light engine optics should be projecting the outer couple of pixels under the bezel just to be sure you are not seing the gap that you are seing.
Have the service company correct the problem that they have introduced in your system.

Thanks walford,
The problem I'm experiencing isn't a lack in overscan, or pixels under the bezel. It's an actual physical gap between the front of the screen and the back side of the bezel. Like if you were able to push in on the screen at the edge, but it is there all the time. I think they pushed the screen back when they laid it on my coffee table to replace the control board that they broke when replacing the screens!
I don't even want to let them touch it again. Every time they come to "fix" something, it gets worse.

Thanks for your suggestion.
