Anyone else get a blank or forever "loading" page when they go here (Warner Home Video Help / Contact page):
http://www2.warnerbros.com/main/help/whv/whv_dvd_help.html
just wondering if they are being swamped hahaa. I had thought it might be fun to email their customer support with the following...
"Hi, I see Warner has chosen to go BR exclusive. Can you please outline the HD DVD Disk exchange policy for exchanging all my HD DVD's for BR disks?
Thanks and have a great day,
Richard"
Not that I would even want to exchange most of them due to the extra features or being combo's (yeah I am one of the goofs who think they are handy), but I think it would be hilarious just to see their answer lol...
Depending on what Toshiba, Paramount and Universal do over the next few weeks there may be a real desire to exchange and from a whole heck of a lot of people. If it ends up looking in any way like Toshiba is throwing in the towel or won't be continuing to support the format from a hardware perspective long term I would consider a similar note to them if my player wasn't already almost 2 years old. If it was a gen 3, I would be though given the above critera.
In any case the page does not load for me so I am wondering if it's my browser or volume causing it. In either case if someone could post the Warner Home Video Customer Service eMail addy that would be much appreciated.
Feel free to fire of your own inquiry in case you haven't already. I wonder how many they will be getting like this.
Cheers,
Richard
EDIT: The page just loaded for me. Can't find an email address for Customer Service so if anyone can post that would be great.
