I called Samsung's customer service about my 6 month old HL-T4675S. I have two problems: while watching HD (SA 4250HD cable box connected via HDMI) the screen goes blank/black and sound cuts out a few times per hour, only lasts a few seconds, my brother has same service & box but a earlier model Samsung DLP and doesn't have this problem so it's not the cable signal. 2nd through S Video connection I have a constant scrolling of dark lines followed by a lighter line(lines are approx 4-6" high running accoss the whole screen), through Component connection the lines are of a greenish tint. This happens through cable box, DVD recorder tuner or watching a DVD. Samsung contacted a local repair shop which will be calling to set up a appointment asap, just wondering if anyone else has had either of these problems with this model??

Just beware. Niether of these issues is 100% the display being the issue.

bets of luck with some resolution on it.

For those who might run into the same problem, the service guy was out twice to look at the TV, first time he figured it was the input circuit board then Samsung had him come out again and run some tests to be sure. He used a test box which bypasses the input board to make sure it wasn't the light assembly which is was not so he has ordered a new input circuit board and will come install it when it comes in.. Hopefully this will be the cure..
