:confused:We have a samsung hlt5687s dlp and recently for some reason when I turn it off, then back on, it resets the blue led on front to "on" after I have turned it off in the menu, it also clears the edit names for my input sources, for example, on "component 1" i have it named game, but it clears it. I just wonder if I have selected something in the menu to affect this or is it something else. Anybody have any ideas? Thanks in advance

Your TV is set to "Shop Mode", which retailers use to automatically reset settings customers make when they're playing around with the sets. If I'm not mistaken, you need to hold down the menu button on the side of the set for 5 seconds and it will release from Shop Mode.

If that doesn't work, do a search on "shop mode" and you will certainly find the answer.

Just make sure you're holding it down for 5 seconds (the button on the side of the set, NOT the remote button).
