For those of us that remember the TV show, this would be a good opportunity to relive those golden years. Also good for Stern naysayers.

This show was so huge, it beat SNL EVERY time! All this on a extremely low budget set.

Go to youtube and enter " howard stern channel 9" and click on "Howard Stern does Larry King "kielbasa queen". listen to jackie's laugh. I miss that guy.

Thanks for the heads-up. I never saw the channel 9 show. I love listening to Howard, but really don't like him in anything produced (minus Private parts).

I have several shows on BetaMax, have to remember where I put that player and break them out with some Stern fan friends. Good stuff.

WWOR NY has all of them and they won't release it! These are legendary shows!
I remember going out on Sat nights but it was ok because the VHS recorder was on.:D
On Sunday, I was in heaven.:cool:

I've seen websites selling the complete 69 shows but they want about $170!:eek:

Side note: The original show was called "The Howard Stern SUMMER show". As the title describes, it was for a couple of months. WWOR ratings were so humongous, they offered Stern to continue. I'm glad he did.

When this was on we lived in Secaucus just a couple blocks from Channel 9 where it was taped, used to see the guys at the Krausers on Meadowlands Parkway.
Haven't listened to him in years, but I'd love to check out these old shows.
