I would like some recommendations on which universal remote to purchase. Here is what I would like to be able to control within our game room:

Location 1

Sony KDL46V3000
Xbox 360 with HD DVD Drive
Direct TV HD DVR
Spherex 5.1 Surround Sound System

Location 2

Sony KDL46V3000
Sony PS3
Direct TV HD Receiver
DLO HomeDock Deluxe for iPod

All of the audio goes through the Spherex surround sound based upon changing the input. The TV's are connected to the Spherex via Optical Cables and the DLO Home Dock Deluxe through RCA Cables.

I am open to suggestions on what to purchase and have a budget of ~$500. A couple of issues that I currently have are as follows:

If I use 1 of the Sony TV Remotes, and try to change input on the TV in Location 1; it will also read this on the other TV. When I use my Spherex remote to increase the volume, this interferes with the DLO HomeDock Deluxe and advances to song currently playing on the iPod.

well the $500 may be an issue, however you just need to be able to route the IR signals currectly. RTI, & Crestron do a fantastic job of what your asking it to do.
The only downside if it is a downside is that you will in all likely hood need to contact a custom installation house as these are not sold to the end user. This is do to programming and installtion reasons.
