Only thing it's faux leather… Meaning fake leather. How does the quality of faux leather hold up as years pass?

We tried micro-fiber, hate it! We have leather and love it, but the room where we're putting the faux furniture is in a family room. We'd love to get leather for this room, but its too much for us. 1200.00 (faux leather) vs real leather @ 2800 for the same set

As usually, you get what you pay for. If you do not like sweating while seating on your sofa get the real leather...

Plus, leather, faux or real, is an acoustically reflective surface which needs to be balanced with sufficiently absorbent materials.
