I have 2 DVD - V2000 dvd/vcr combos. I rented a dvd to watch and both players now has white lines running throughout them. I have tried several other dvds and none work on the players. I also have an xbox and it did the exact same thing. Is the dvd infected or have a virus. Is there a way to reset the systems? Any help would be appreciated.
