The 202xi isn't a transcoder, so it can't do anything with YPbPr (component). It takes RGBHV in (via a nonstandard D15 connector, so you need a special cable to hook it up to standard VGA) and has 5BNC (RGBHV) out. I think it can also output RGBS (combined H/V) or sync-on-green, pos/neg sync, etc. It has video drivers to handle long cables and you can adjust how "hot" the signal is (0.7 Vpp is standard, but you can change it).
