Picked up an MX-980 yesterday and it doesn't come with software. I went online to universalremote.com and couldn't download the software there either.

My sales person at Tweeter didn't know how to download the software but was going to check with corporate on Wednesday when he gets back.

Does anyone have this software they can email me or any other way to get this working?

my understanding is that remote is suppose to be sold and programmed by dealers only. not directly to consumers via tweeter or best buy or who ever. this may be your issue. i would had over here (http://www.remotecentral.com/cgi-bin/mboard/forums.cgi)and have a look around. later.

Yeah, you need a dealer/installer login to access it on URC's site. They also just released the expansion pack which was a 300MB download. :eek:
