I'm looking at the spec data between linacoustic and OC703
In the 125hz range the Linacoustic shows .008 and the OC703 shows .11.
Does that means the OC703 absorbs more at that frequency range? Same at the 500hz range .64 vs .68. Or is there something else that I'm missing?

that is indeed what it means. i'm in the same boat as the only thing i've been able to find locally is 705 instead of 703. what i'm wondering though is how much of a difference it makes for first reflections at 125Hz?

yes higher coefficient means absorbing more sound. :)

what i'm wondering though is how much of a difference it makes for first reflections at 125Hz?

Not much at all. If you can find OC703 for the early reflections (you called it first reflections) then I would recommend that. OC703 is going to work as well and cost about half as much.
